About Us
Indigo Consulting Group was established October 2003 in Bangkok, Thailand to assist clients in resolving human resource related issues. The firm is staffed with a mix of local and expatriate people so as to understand the needs of both domestic and multinational organizations. Moreover, business solutions are practical, bottom-line oriented, and implementable.
 The directors of the company have had considerable business experience in general
management and human resource management and are thus able to appreciate
the human issues facing organizations - whether they be part of the private or
public sectors, in Asia. Furthermore, they often teach principles of modern human resources
management at the masters degree level, in Thailand, and are thus obliged to stay up to
date in developments in this area.
Indigo Consulting Group recognizes that expenditure on consulting services
